Who We Are: We're a small group who has been raiding since the tail end of Endwalker. Many of us have experience well before that, but that's when we got together as a team. We've had some comp changes due to differences in progression goals, and are looking to refill and get back into the fight. We've hit enrage on M5S as a group, and several of us have kills in PF.

Our Goal: We are clearing Savage as they come out (knocking out weekly Unreals when they're available as well), and from there our goals will be largely to complete content, whether it be Savage Raids, EX Trials, and even Ultimate progression. While the group will expect members to be able to know and fulfill their roles in content, our focus is on doing this in a way where we enjoy playing together, not just tolerating each other while we push content. Group dynamics are important to us, both in the personal interactions as well as your ability to perform your roles within the group.

Our aim is to complete group content, all while enjoying the team and not just the progression.

What We're Looking For: People who also want to approach all content with us in a similar fashion. If you occasionally get blasted off a platform (I swear I hit Surecast!), get a wild hair to Rescue the tank back into the group during a buster, or just sometimes need to crack open a cold one in VC during a pull, you'll fit in with us. Walking that fine line between progression and raid member griefing is difficult, but we keep at it!

Right now we're looking for two healers and a caster or ranged physical DPS. However, if you can convince me that you can rock a (Non-GNB) tank enough to make me want to heal, I'll consider it!

Our raid nights are Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9pm Eastern/6pm Pacific and last for 3 hours with a 10 minute break around halfway.
