I'm a MCH main who's been raiding every tier (with a break during late-EW due to burnout) since Stormblood. I've led all my statics save for one so I have experience in shotcalling, organisation and upkeep of team-spirit. I would prefer to not lead this tier because I now have a toddler who occasionally needs me at night.

I prefer to use guides when possible but will respect the blind prog if that's what we've agreed on. I like progging but I'm in no rush. That being said self-insight and an open dialog about how it's going is appreciated.
