As far as my time in WoW goes I jumped around a healer, ranged and melee role in my past raid groups and cleared three tiers at the Heroic difficulty and two at Normal difficulty. I also have some past experience helping lead and co-lead some of these raids but I am nowadays not interested in taking a leadership role in raid groups.
