Regen healer with heavy preference for AST looking for a W1 savage group that will run into the ultimate. Can run shield healer for the right group and would run SCH in that case. Have a alt for split clears and after BiS looking for speeds until the ultimate. Looking for about a 3-4 week kill time (or earlier!) on the ultimate. NOT LOOKING FOR A COMPLETELY BLIND GROUP, aiming to clear quickly and efficiently even if means looking at other strats and groups prog. I can't alarm clock W1 due to my job (teacher) but am looking for roughly 6/7 hour days W1 for Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday/following Monday and longer hours on Friday/Saturday/Sunday if needed.

AVAILABILITY IS ALL IN EST W1: TUES 6PM-12AM WED: 6PM-12AM THURS:6PM-12AM FRI: 6PM-ANYTIME SAT:ANYTIME SUN:ANYTIME-12AM MON: 6PM-12AM (Can possibly do 5PM-1AM but would be suffering)

W2+: reduced hours expected for reclears moving into opti/speeds, but the schedule remains the same. The same applies to ultimate, can also do long hours w1 of ultimate. If savage drops before school starts (a few weeks into AUG) can do any hours including alarm clocking.

What I'm looking for: a chill group looking to have fun w1 and in the ultimate. Look at our mistakes and grow from them. Looking for a group that can conform to what's best for prog and the group as a whole. I'd rather skip opti/speeds days than have party members burning out before the ulti. I also expect the group to have HC w1/ulti experience already. Be able to read logs for quick fixes to mit/mechanical issues. Don't get defensive towards criticism, no one's perfect. What I'm looking for is not set in stone. W1 is my concern before anything else, so message me even if you don't plan on opti/speeds. I have varied experience from WP in FCOB to casual, to most recently week 1 anabaseos. I've raided every tier and cleared every tier since ARR and have raided on every role since then from melee, phys ranged, shield healer, caster, to regen healer. I have cleared all ultimates (except UWU) with roughly a 60-hour prog time for DSR and 70 hours for TOP (both on AST). Also have experience with speeds with the most recent tier.
