TLDR; RPR looking for M8s Prog, either as a static or fill in. Adds prog

RPR main looking to prog and complete M8S. Adds prog, phase 1, sick of waiting in PFs this late in the cycle. Pretty open schedule. Have gear for VPR, RDM, and DRG but haven't raided with them or confident in high level play with them, but can adapt if required to fit in a static.
