Hi! Looking to clear any ultimate before 7.4. Would like to play any non GNB tank. Can also play phys range and caster. Strongly prefer LGBTQ+ friendly group. Can travel in NA DCs.

Would prefer to meet 2-3 times a week, am on Eastern Time Zone. Pretty flexible with any evening in the below times.

Ultimate exp:

• UWU: clear on SMN (open to reprog/reclear/on other roles)
• UCOB: have seen divebombs on SMN
• Unlocked but not stepped foot in: TEA, DSR, TOP, FRU

Am FRU geared for PLD, can work on getting geared for other jobs as needed.

What I bring and what I expect from the group:

• Punctual and consistent attendance. Will communicate lateness/absence as early as possible.
• Prep. I like being fully prepared before raid (gear/food/pots/studying) and expect others to be as well.
• Learning strats/discussion. Will follow whatever raidplans are out there, can adjust those to our group as needed
• Consistent prog. Things happen, but I don't like to reprog the same thing every session.
• Focus. I don't like to be distracted with jokes/social interaction during raid. After raid, happy to be social!
• Willingness to look at myself for improvement, ability to work with group

What I don't bring and what I don't expect:

• Top parses/high end optimization. I'm currently a "blues get clears" and I'm working on improving
• Ego. If we make a mistake, I want to learn from it and move on.
