Hello,

We're a group of FC and adjacent friends that are looking to start UWU in September. Some members have Ultimate prog experience while for others this will be their first, but everyone in attendance is looking to check off UWU. Whether we continue into other Ultimates will depend on time before Evercold.

Tentative start date: 9 Sep 2026 Raid Times: Wed/Thurs @ 10p-12a EDT/7p-9p PDT

Current job roster is as follows: GNB | DRK | AST | SCH | VPR | DNC | SMN

As is, we are looking for M2 spot. All members have expressed alternative jobs, so shuffling may be possible if group members agree.

Expectations for the fight:

1. To use NA party finder strats only.
2. To use the tool for Titan phase (raid lead will use it).

Expectations of party members:

1. Be punctual. Prog night will be forfeited after 20 minutes and missing members will be held accountable. Part of being punctual is also having your consumables ready.
2. No bickering. Handle disagreements with calm, rational discussion.
3. Be committed. Study the fight both generally and specifically to your job. Don't get distracted during pulls (IRL emergencies/urgent priorities notwithstanding).
4. Respond appropriately to feedback. Raid lead will meet your attitude accordingly.
5. Bring unity and good vibes. The fight will test everyone, doesn't mean it needs to affect how you treat everyone present. Also don't harass members over logs, any issues will be addressed individually by raid lead as needed.
