TLDR; NEW SGE Ilevel 750 Casual - MC slightly flexible hours looking to PROG + Gear and attempt ULT

Looking to get into raiding on the savage tiers, i am very new to proper endgame raids and a lot of terms but i am willing and wanting to learn my main class is SGE with an ilevel of 750 all gear melded, im looking to get into the cruiser weight savages and i would light to be ready for the new raid tier coming up, my other geared job is BLM at 740 its the dps i am the most comfortable with, im a friendly person but also more casual as i do still have work to do during the weeks.
