5/8 SHC Aether Static LFM for Arcadion Savage/Ulti

LF: 1x Pranged 2x Tank

Hoping for week 1/2 clear reasonably since it will be mostly a new group.

Preferably doing doing split re-clears for the first 4 weeks or so of the new tier. So even if you don't have an alt please be open to creating and getting one up on the same role you join in on your main prior to savage drop.

Both of us have done savage and all Ultimate's together and are looking for members of a similar mindset.

Please be friendly with a mic/ability to join discord. If you don't talk much that's ok. Listening in and taking/giving constructive criticism in text/voice is also something we want to encourage so be prepared for that.

Come to raid prepared with gear/food/pots if that's something you need help with, the both of us can craft and help with that. Be punctual of course and respectful of other people's time and opinions.

Important Week 1 have a clear mentality, don't grief runs over parsing or greeding gcd's we can do all that later. Prioritize clears and safety gaming until are fights are down.

Hours will be flexible until we can nail down members but we're looking ideally for members who can commit to:

Week1: Mon-Thu 8-10 hours daily(30m-1hr break) Friday-Sunday 10+ hours daily(30m-1hr break/as needed)

After week 1/once everything is cleared we'll try and nail down 2-3 days where people can meet for a few hours to do split re-clears/eventually parse runs if people want.

We are EST time zone so expect to start raid as early as 10AM sometime during the day and no later than 2am EST. Look forward to trying to get together as much as possible before DT so we can build some group rapport and get used to each other before going hard at the savage content.
