Looking for group for 7.4 savage week 1.

About me

• I made it to m8s add's week 1 after PF'ing my clears last 2 days before reset for the other fights, after my static exploded in m5s, took a break after week one cuz I got extremely sick and got my m8s kill week 8 in party finder.

• I cleared fru week 10 in party finder, I left my fru static decmber 30th after going from relese till then and barely seeing p2 while I was on monk, and started re-progging the fight on sch jan 12th in party finder only after that. first clear was on jan 29th.

• my goal is to prog and clear as fast as possible. week one for the upcoming savage tier is the goal.

• I don't care about what strats we use , I learn decently fast and can adjust to different spots / strats when needed, even if theyre ultra cursed , I'm good with blind prog as well.

• if I am not understanding things I will ask questions and try to explain why I'm not understanding, I would like the rest of the group to also do that instead of staying silent about not understanding something and we keep wiping to said thing.

• I can take criticism and advice well, hoping for a group that also wont freak out the second someone tells them theyre doing a mech or something wrong. I like getting advice on how I can improve if its needed.

• I can talk on voice chat. I dont care if ppl are livestreaming during prog

• as a healer I tend to prefer to overheal a bit in prog or reclears over letting ppl die. parsing doesn't matter too much to me, I would rather not ruin a good run/pull trying to go for "perfect" damage, prog / clears comes before parsing in my eyes. if you read the whole post tell me what your favorite ffxiv raid is , helps weed out ppl that didnt read the post properly.

• I have the expectations all mistakes are called out equally. I dont wanna deal with another static where if a leads friend makes a mistake its not mentioned ever despite it happening almost every pull, but everyone else isntantly gets called out for the same mistake when they make it once every few hundread pulls.

  I am also hoping the group wont disband like my last few groups have, the day before savage/ultimate comes out, or the group isnt a trap group that cant even clear the 1'st or 2'nd floor week one again. a lot of the way I worded this was because of previous static's I gave too much benifit of the doubt before I eventually left, or watched them disband. I really want to avoid that this time around lol.
