Main Role: Healer -SGE/WHM priority -Can flex to DRG and DNC
Mindset: MC/SHC mindset -Wanting to clear heavyweight tier, get BiS for all in static and mount farm or ultimate after -Not Interested in social, casual or hardcore groups
Strengths: -Emphasis on mit optimization with openness to feedback -Working with co-healer to find the sweet spot -Taking raid seriously and learning mechanics quickly -Accountable when it comes to mistakes and learning -Reliable attendance, on time and ready during time slots
Looking for: -Team wanting to prog efficiently while still having a good time -Coordinated, focused group who knows to when lock in and stop chatter -Consistency, group who studies and willing to review pulls -Equally reliable accountable group who also is open to feedback -No drama, LGBTQ and women friendly is a must
Schedule: ≥2 days per week with ≥2 hours per session -5pm-10:30pm weekday availability, extremely flexible on Friday and Saturdays -Only time restrictions are Thurs 11am-1pm EST and Fri 7pm-9pm EST but open for discussion with the right group
