TLDR; fresh 4/23, m5s clear 5/11, want to push m8s. 5p-3a PST M-F, anytime weekend, leveling other tanks

DRK (typically OT, can MT) is my main. I am leveling other tanks and would love to be an all rounder. I'm also almost done leveling BLM and will level a healer eventually. Generally pretty chill and level headed. To me, improving is basically the most important. Playing my best is important and continuing to learn and improve is the way to end up playing my best. I have over 20 years of raid experience in wow (I'm 31, unc status for real) including healing, tanking, and dpsing and was also the raid lead in multiple guilds and at one time subbed for a raid lead in a guild I had never heard of and helped get them their first Kil'jaeden kill (last boss of the tier). I am a social worker for my day job serving people with disabilities, hopefully indicating that I am generally accepting of all people. I don't get offended, I don't cause drama, I'm very aware of what makes a good raid team as well as what can tear a group apart. I started playing ff14 on 4/23/25 and got my first m5s clear on 5/11/25. I take pride in how quickly I learn new boss fights as well as being knowledgeable about everyone's positioning and what they need to be doing at any given time. I'm good at receiving feedback and again, improving is very important and a constant.
