VPR/NIN/pRanged main looking for static group with HC mentality without the hardcore hours (semi-hardcore or midcore, I guess?).

Hi there, I'm old boomer of FFXIV that has been playing and raiding since 2.0. Experienced & quick learner, I have participated and cleared tiers within week 1 prog. No longer interested in turning raiding into a job so not planning to "alarm clock" nor do 40+ hours of raiding. I'll prioritize IRL first and hope the group does the same, which means it'll be unlikely for me to take time off for game reasons. Also on that note, this reflects on my scheduling availability as I prefer not to run late on Tues/Wed nor early on Sat/Sun. Looking at maximum 15 hrs for week 1/2 and scaling down after it's on farm. I can always make schedule exceptions, I might just be more grumpy on some days then others. If for some reason I'm not available on a raid day, I strive to inform the team ASAP.

Personality-wise, I'm pretty chill and like to joke around once I get to know the group. If you mention anything about food, you will have my full attention. I'm very flexible with strats, usually tasked with the most high movement or high adaptation task. Also able to do callouts once familiar with mechanics. Raiding isn't exactly serious business, but I will buckle down and focus especially if repeated mistakes are being made that seems to be wasting the static's time. I will callout mistakes or reasons for wipes (and expect the same will be done for my mistakes) and will work to break down mechanics to figure out best solutions.

Recent experience-wise, 7.0 savage M1s-M4S tier was completed week 1 through PF. Ultimate-wise, I'm a Penta-Legend btw with the fights completed when relevant or within a patch cycle before level cap increases. Goal is just to have painless reclears preferably down to one night a week as I have IRL priorities. Willing to spend time to optimizing to make the fights more efficient/speedy and get gear for alt jobs, but not parsing just for nice colors on FFLogs.

Also interested in doing content with the group outside of savages, including deep dungeons or mount farms. I'm also available to meme on alt jobs (Ex-Healer [SCH/SGE], casual Tank [WAR/DRK])
