TLDR; Looking to progress through Savage as a new raider and find a static for longterm game progression

My name is Chrimmy, my ign is Lepus Fur. I am looking for a beginner friendly static to play through extreme/savage/ultimate content with that also wants the game to be fun, not just a grind. I play both FFXIV and WoW and have consistently earned AOTC on WoW for the past 5 years from every raid tier but am looking to dip my toes into higher endgame content on FFXIV, I do have a good game sense typically and am quick to learn and have a lot of patience as well. I am hoping to find a commited group that will welcome me. I primarily play tank but can flex to fill a role if needed.
