[NA][LFG][Static][sHC][Savage][Ultimate][Shield Healer] Shield healer LF neurodiverse group for savage and ultimate raids

Hello! I'm an experienced shield healer that is looking for a long term savage and ultimate raid group. I've been playing since 1.0 and have participated in every raid tier as well as cleared every ultimate. I love raiding, and am often dissatisfied by the amount of hours my raid groups are able to put in. Groups that do put in more hours are also often more demanding and a bit too much for me.

I have both autism and ADHD. Above all else I want to find a group where I can be myself and I don't have to apologize for it. I want a group that understands that I might go through some rough patches and not be able to perform as well. I also want a group that isn't too fussy about participation on voice.

My general content clearing goals are...

• Clear new savage tiers week one.
• Clear new ultimates on patch.

It's ok to not make these goals, but that's the kind hours and commitment I want to go for when it comes to raiding. In particular I'd like to raid more hours on the first week, something like 20+ hours, and then fallback to more mid-core hours after that, something like 9-15 hours.

Additionally I'm looking for the following...

• A group that takes raiding very seriously but no so seriously that they would oust anyone who is struggling.
• A group that follows norms established in NA PF. Where shield healer is H2 (meaning they generally favor east and south positions when doing spread/split up mechanics).
• A group that follows need before greed loot rules with no role based priorities.

For this current raid tier, I already have a group, but part of the reason I'm posting is because I feel like they're not really right for me. Still, I'd prefer to finish the tier with them while exploring other options. I have three characters that are all raid ready at the moment, so I'm good to run with two groups for a while.

My current raid schedule is Tue/Wed/Thu 8-11PM EST. I'm willing to explore any schedule that works around that.

My current prog point in the current tier is M11S Orbital Omen.

Bonus points if your group is open to letting me try and solo heal some raids after we clear them. I solo healed M9S in PF during week 2.
