What I'm looking for: A static for 7.4.

What I bring:

Consistent attendance - I'm there, unless I communicate otherwise.

Focused mindset - Here to clear as fast and as clean as possible.

Mistakes - They happen and I admit to them. I will always do what I can to improve those. I will always ask questions when I am unclear of something.

Determination - I have it. I do like to have fun but I also know when to lock in and not waste any time that prevents us from a clear.

Personability - I am a outing and personable individual with a fun personality. I may even bring some catiness to the group but every raid needs some humor and memes at times.

Friendship - I love to synergize with a group for a long time, not a short time. This includes becoming friends outside of raiding.

Other content/games- I love not only having a static for savage raiding, but prepping with the extremes or alliance raids as required. Farming extremes. Maps. Roleplaying. You name it, I love to do it as a group but of course that doesn't mean we have to. It's only an added perk to reduce all the farming and fighting PF for whatever loot we chase.

What I don't bring:

Top 1% parses: I the best I can. Always giving 100%. This indicts my ability to play my job efficiently. However, it's not likely I would fall even up the Top 10% even when trying hard. I am a mostly a blue-to purple parser. I aim for the clear and consistency over being the best DPS white mage. If being the best also comes with that. I won't complain as I do like to see purple and orange parses under my name but don't expect it.

PFing: I look for a static so I don't have to fight endless with PF just to loot/mount up. I also don't like learning 5 different strats just to join in PF. That does not mean I will not go into PF to practice through the week but that is not also something I will always wish to do.

What I expect:

Fair Gearing - A group-first mindset. Loot distributed based on group needs before personal desires unless it's needed to be funneled to the DPS for obvious reasoning. I am fine with doing that but make sure it's fair in other ways for the supports.

Committed members: Just be focused and dedicated but remember being fun is part of keeping a leveled mind.

Engaging improvement from the group- Let's find out why mistakes are happening and talk through it even if it's one-on-one and get it cleaned up so things flow more consistently. No ego, no casting blame, no big huffs or sighs of disappointment. Just work as a group w/the individual

If someone leaves/gets kicked, work on that replacement asap and sub until then so we don't regress.

I mostly only play a pure heal, WHM. Can do AST/SGE but prefer WHM.. There is no limit on days/time I can commit. My preference would be 3 days (Preferably T/W/T) and between the hours of 6PM EST - 2AM EST.
