we're a midcore static that meets three times a week hoping to clear p8s with a permanent caster (we've since stopped 5-7 reclears). generally, we have a person willing to sub in or we fill through party finder, but for consistency sake, we would like to have someone who is able to reliably fill the spot. our current prog point is "animals 2" on phase 1 of p8s, with more of an emphasis on snake 2 than centaur 2.

a few things i would expect of someone filling this role is that they are:

• first and foremost, LGBTQ friendly
• willing to accept constructive criticism if need be, as we all are, and have a willingness to improve along with the group
• and generally reliable for raid nights, though it is understandable and fine if something pops up

though we are currently focused on abyssos savage, there's a general group interest in exploring ultimates as well. this isn't necessary to join the static, but it's an option for the future. this position would be for abyssos onward.
