MC/sHC static looking for a non-RPR melee or barrier healer. We place a strong emphasis on consistency, accountability, and progression.

Requirements

• DT Savage raiding experience.
• Ultimate experience preferred.
• Job flexibility preferred, would like members to be able to play 2 jobs within role in case of extreme balance issues. Won't enforce meta but we value flexibility in the case of significant progression walls.

Expectations:

• Prioritize consistency. Plenty of our members love to parse but this is not a priority - prog above all else.
• Own your own mistakes. General expectation is that we won't have to babysit and you'll take it upon yourself to do what you need to do improve. Logs will be posted after every session so members can (optionally) use them as a resource for personal improvement.
• This is a LGBTQ+ friendly static and safe space - most of our members are within this community.
• Static leadership will control loot distribution during prog to better ensure we meet DPS checks. After M12S is cleared, it is expected that all members continue to meet weekly to clear all four fights to ensure every member gets their BIS including a weapon coffer and a mount (we also do themed glams during reclears, if interested!).

Schedule:

• Tentative week 1 schedule: W/F/Sun/M 8pm-12am Eastern.
• Post-Week 1 schedule: W/F/Sun 8-11pm Eastern with Monday as an optional stretch/pf day (would be discussed on a week-by-week basis).

Static achievements since DT release:

• Week 3 Light-heavyweight clear.
• Week 6 Cruiserweight clear.
• UWU, TEA, DSR, and on-patch FRU clear.
