A midcore static with a focus on clearing content when it's current as well as hitting any old content people wish to do. The focus is clearing each tier while it's current with enough time to relax some between patches. While relatively laid back it is expected to understand that 7 other people are relying on you to do your part. Attendance is a big thing, with the understanding things come up.
