Au Ra Appreciation

Hi there, 7/8 Static looking for a Phys Ranged for the new ultimate. Main traits we look for are consistency and confidence. We've done every recent savage tier together and all ultimates together, looking to keep that going with the upcoming ult.

We recently went through a static restructure and our SMN hasn't completed the current tier so we'd need to run them through the current savage to gear them up. Could also accept a melee as our melee was willing to swap around but preferably looking for a Phys Ranged.

Our raid days are not set, they are based on everyone's availability. Looking to do at least 2/3 (maybe more on week 1) days per week (2 hours per day). We have a spreadsheet where you can enter your availability and days that you are off / busy. This is because one of our teammates works retail (shift work) so we plan around them. In terms of a start time, we start at 17:00st (or 6pm UK time). Also we're planning a really short break during Fanfest Berlin as some teammates are going there.

We're a really chill group, looking for someone to fit that vibe and just enjoy the content or enjoy optimising to do better DPS. We don't go in blind, we check the most common raidplans and adapt around them. If we think of a better strat we can incorporate it into our reclears or keep using raidplans incase anyone wants to PF outside of raid.
