Static Recruitment – Let’s Finish This Tier Together

Greetings, Comrades!

I’m looking to put together a static because Party Finder this tier has been… an adventure. Parties sitting for hours trying to fill, for reasons beyond my mortal comprehension.

Current Group • Me — a humble Pictomancer • Ava — my bestie, FC mate, and absolute kick-ass Paladin

We previously cleared M1S–M4S together before IRL obligations ambushed us right as we were getting into Thunder Mommy. Last tier I also tried running with a different static, but it fell apart due to mismatched goals and not respecting people’s time.

So this time I’m building something intentional — a static that sticks together, finishes the tier, earns our cool low-riders, and actually enjoys the journey.

The Important Stuff (Expectations)

Respect for Time

Ava and I are both in our mid-30s. We have lives outside of FFXIV and we fully understand that everyone else does too. We are flexible with schedules and timing — the only real ask is:

If we agree on raid days and times, we show up on time.

Stuff happens. Just communicate. I will always respect your time, and I expect the same in return.

If something comes up on my end, I’ll give as much notice as possible so we can fill or reschedule.

Performance & Improvement

I’m not a perfect Pictomancer. I make mistakes. I am not looking for perfection.

What I do want: • a good attitude • a willingness to improve

I have several physical disabilities that make playing at FRU-pro levels difficult. I ask for patience — and I give it freely in return.

About Parses

We are not hung up on numbers. I’m on console, so I won’t be parsing, but I’m not here to police anyone either.

What I will not tolerate is:

using parses to tear down other players

If the group agrees to use parses as a tool for growth and improvement — great. If they become a weapon — that’s how statics die, and I’m not interested in repeating that experience.
