[NA][LFM][7.5][sHC][7/8][Ultimate][Tank][Aether]

Hello! We're 7/8 looking for a Tank (OT) to join us for upcoming 7.5 ultimate, with the intention of clearing within the time frame of 8-10 weeks ( expectations may change depending on the difficulty of the fight )

Our times are:

Monday-Thurs

8pm ct - 12am ct

With the occasional weekends

Our static expectations include:

-Being on time, as well as letting us know ASAP if you’ll be missing a day / will be late.

-Competency in your job and mechanical consistency.

-Having cleared the tier, cleared 1-2 Ultimate’s ideally TOP, DSR, or FRU, as well as having the current best in slot or close to it on the job you wish to play as. Any difficulties with specifically gearing can be discussed in DMs.

-Able to be present in Discord VC. This includes being able to speak to others if you have an issue, and being an active listener during the times that we are raiding.

-Having appropriate food and potions ready each raid day.

-Able to take constructive criticism and discuss mechanics and mistakes with the group.

-Willing to sim on your own time, as well as with the group.

-Available to prep before the ultimate.
