We aim to beat the tier and ensure smooth progress. This means as long as we are progressing and everyone is learning, we're on the right track. Mistakes and wipes are normal and expected. The key is understanding what's happening and communicating with the group. If you don't know something, just ask. There's no reason to go in blind here.

We understand that life happens, but please respect others' time. If you can't make it to raid time, give us at least a day's notice. It's not fair for 7 others to waste their time. We're looking for consistency and reliability more than anything.
