Helloooo!

• We're a group of friends looking for our 8th member. Any healer is fine, but, our current healer is an AST main and would highly pref a shield healer partner.
• Currently we are re-clearing M10S and progging Orbital Omen & Meteor Rain using Hector's guides.
• Our current roster is: DRK, PLD, VPR, BLM, PCT, DNC & AST.

Some stuff about us:

• Most of us are raid vets who have just had a rough time with finding a static that sticks. Be it sudden work schedule changes or burn out. Half of us have been raiding together since Endwalker.
• Most of our members are LGBTQ+ and all of us are 24+ and would prefer someone around that age group.
• We are located in Primal, so you will have to be alright with transferring over for prog sessions if you are on a different server.
• Our main goal is to clear but to have fun while doing it! We can be chatty and fun but know when to lock in and focus.
• Do note we have two players whom this is their first savage raid tier; we are beginner friendly in this regard! As long as you are committed to self improvement, anyone can join!
• We use and post ACT logs for self improvement. No parse bitching will be tolerated.

Personally, I have been raiding and leading our group since I first started playing FFXIV in Endwalker; we do also have a few ultimate raider vets as well.

Expectations:

• Be punctual and alert me ASAP if you will be late or absent.
• Communication is a big must, be it discussing mit placements or feedback on improvement.
• Any hate or passive aggressive behavior will not be tolerated; please have a self improvement mindset.

Our current schedule is:

• 6hrs a week
• Monday: 8pm - 11pm EST

• Sun/Sat rotating: 8pm - 11pm EST
