Looking for 3 members for the following job(s):
We are looking to fill a few spots in our static for the upcoming savage tier. We have plans to begin ultimate prog whenever we finish the tier, but interest in ultimate raiding is not required.
Current roster PLD/WAR (MT) DRK (OT) RPR/MNK/VPR (flex melee) BRD/DNC (flex phys range) SGE
We are looking for a pure healer, a melee dps, and a caster.
What you can expect from us Our group is positive, fun, and focused. On a personal level, we don't take ourselves too seriously; we are able to laugh at mistakes and poke fun at each other, and we get along as friends outside of raiding. You will not be criticized for a bad pull, but you will be encouraged to bring your best to each session and improve as an individual. We commit time to studying guides, discussing mechanics, and open-minded, constructive optimization throughout prog.
Schedule Tues/Wed/Thurs, 7:00 PM - 10:00 PM (should convert to your local time zone)
Requirements
- Savage raiding experience
- Solid understanding of your class and role
- Ability to join voice chat for callouts (lots of talking not necessary, but must be available to listen and answer questions as needed)
- Ability to both take and give constructive criticism and desire to improve as an individual and clear content in an efficient manner (healthy amount of competitive drive, not toxic ego)
- LGBTQIA+ friendly
- Be mature, be respectful, be punctual, and have a good attitude
If you are a hardcore raider and want a week 1 clear of the final tier, this is not the group for you. If you want to be raiding as a static 20+ hours a week, this is not the group for you. If you are a casual player that is trying savage for the first time, this is not the group for you. We expect you to show up prepared and on time with a good attitude, and we expect you to understand the commitment of joining a static. We have a solid core group that intends to stick together for the long term.
