Recruiting those came back to the game late/just started and are therefore behind on or haven't started the current tier. We're starting from M9S [Vamp Fatale]. iLVL 770 gear is fine, but ideally we'd like everyone to have iLVL 780 to start just to make it easier [Augmented Crafted Gear/Alliance Raid Gear/Tome Gear].
TLDR; Goal: Clear the tier and get BiS.
We're both Convervative/MAGA and LGB-friendly.
