  Looking for 6 members for the following job(s):   

TLDR; New static prog for Arcadion Savages. 2-3 Nights a week. 8-11 p.m. CST. Days subject to change.

Looking to create a static for progging the Arcadion Savages, starting from M1S and when the final tier drops to M12S. Static will be a mix of a casual learning space with midcore elements, with clearing taking main precedence. I have not completed any Arcadion Savages but I have experience in other high-end content. We are accepting of fresh new savage raiders, as long as you have the drive to learn and improve. For experienced players, all I ask is patience and to help out if you are willing. Due to this nature, it may take longer to clear fights. Please consider this in your decision.

Everything will be outlined in a General Static Expectations to make everything clear. This will be sent through DMs if you are interested in joining.

There will be a trial period of doing Dawntrail Extreme Trials to feel out the group and see where everyone lies in terms of play. No pressure where you stand on your own skill level, we can always help out! If at any point during this period, you are not feeling the group, no sweat, we wish you the best luck in finding the right group.

Schedule 2-3 nights a week. Currently looking at Sunday/Tuesday/Thursday nights but open to other days once static is established. Times for the sessions are below. EST: 9 p.m. to 12 p.m. CST: 8 p.m. to 11 p.m. PST: 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Starting as soon as we find people and after the trial period.

Currently looking for six people. I am currently Main Tank while Barrier Healer is taken. I can flex to DPS if others are interested in Tank roles. The roles will go on a first come basis. The roles in need are: Off-Tank Two Melee DPS Magical-Ranged DPS Physical-Ranged DPS Pure Healer

Note: The Barrier Healer is currently in another static progging the second tier of Arcadion but their static will disband by next tier or will finish the current tier. Due to this, we will be finding fills or Party Finding for some nights. Apologies for the inconvenience.

General Raid Expectations

  1. Clearing content will usually take precedence. Play well, learn mechanics, and try and try again. It may take some time to clear in this case. If this doesn’t sound good for you, then this group might not be for you.
  2. Be patient and understanding. Be open to advice. To be able to listen as well as offer help. It is a part of the process for clearing content and or improving yourself.
  3. Know the job you are playing. Your basic rotation, burst windows, downtime, etc. If playing a different job from your main, take some time learning it. Regardless, help is always available from many resources or asking others.
  4. Have your intended food and potions. Potions will be used once we think we are able to clear a fight.
  5. Try to have the highest available iLvL gear. No need for Best in Slot (BiS), as it is often a mix of tomestone gear and savage gear drops. Feel free to go for BiS if you fancy. Remember to meld materia on gear. Gear will improve over time.
  6. Will do reclears for gear, once every one is situated.
  7. Guides are helpful. I don’t expect you to know entire fights in one sitting but knowing the general timeline/mechanics will be helpful. We can progress step by step in learning mechanics.
  8. Voice Chat will be the main form of communication. However, talking is not mandatory. At bare minimum, be able to communicate through text and to hear information being said or called out during raid.
  9. Parsing is not an important goal for me. It can be for others and I respect that. Please don’t stress over it.

Social Expectations

  1. Be respectful. People are different, come from varying backgrounds, and have different opinions/views. Remember, we are all people behind a screen.
  2. On top of that, LGBTA+ members are welcome here. In conjunction with expectation #1, respect people's identities and orientations.
  3. Please refrain from real life political and religious discussion.
  4. Have a laugh with memes. I have a dark sense of humour but don't post anything that will cross certain lines.
  5. If issues arise, affected parties, please talk amongst yourselves.
  6. If the issue is too much to handle, notify me and I will investigate and reach a conclusion.
  7. Try to be on time. I understand life can get in the way. If you will be unavailable, leave a message at least a day before sessions. If you are running late, notify us a few hours before sessions.
  8. If for ANY reason you would like to leave, please notify me as soon as you can.
  9. Feel free to socialize or do other content together. I encourage making connections but it is not necessary.

No need to read further but I will state my own goals.

  1. Would like to clear all of the savage Arcadion before the next Expansion.
  2. Would like to meet people and make new friends.
  3. Would like to help people improve as players, including myself.
