Value Attitude over everything, consistent need to improve is the goal, and has formed the backbone of how we approach content. Constant improvement is the name of the game, and we strive for that. You don't have to be the best just have to be willing to listen to feedback, and put some effort in.
Schedule: Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday 5:30pm to 7:30pm pacific. Fridays are our flex day, which typically works as a normal raid day, the only difference is I won't try to find subs if more than 1 person is missing. Weekends are hard.
Expectations
-Attendance, I understand if real life gets in the way, so just let me know in advance if something comes up.
-We try to maintain good vibes, so be respectful to everyone.
-Food and pots are implied.
-Attitude. You don't have to be "good," you just have to want to work at getting better.

We are based in Crystal - Malboro, and we raid on 8:30 - 10:30pm EST. Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday Founded in Abyssos, a group of newbies banded together to tackle difficult content with seemingly good results. Value Attitude over everything, consistent need to improve is the goal, and has formed the backbone of how we approach content. As a bunch a casual FFXIV raiders we are by no means the best, but as long as you are comfortable with trying to get more out a session we are happy.
