[LFM][7/8][Pure Healer][DMU][MC][Aether]

Hello, we are looking for 1 pure healer to join our group for the new ultimate.

Our group consists of 5 core members with varying raid experience that have completed the tier together. We are a chatty bunch so we often converse/meme during raid, but we will call for focus if performance starts to waver.

We are running more casual hours but we are looking for individuals with a midcore skillset/mindset for prog as we are still aiming to clear in a timely manner. To account for our lower weekly hours we place a higher expectation on studying/simming.

We are in search of individuals that have a positive attitude, are confident in their respective roles/jobs and will mesh well with our group. Must have prior on-content savage experience (not just this current tier) - any previous ultimate experience is preferred but not required.

Schedule:

• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday - 8:30PM - 10:30PM EST

We plan to start a week or so after release to allow for strats to be settled, but this will be discussed once we fill. We will be meeting on Aether for raid.

General Expectations:

• Show up to raid on time and prepared (food, pots, BiS prog gear).
• Study strats outside of raid times - have the current prog point studied and the next following mechanics. Utilize sims as they become available.
• Strong understanding of the class you wish to play (rotations, openers, etc.).
• Good comms/attitude - willingness to communicate and open to discussion of strats and execution.
• Personal accountability - everyone makes mistakes; we want someone who is willing to own up to their own.
