7/8 casual sMC static looking for a caster. We run 7PM-10PM CST Tues/Thurs. M12s fresh or M11s clear ready preferable.
We are a LGBTQ+ friendly group with good attitudes. Our players range from very experienced (multiple savage tiers/ultimates) to some who are attempting their first ever savage tiers. Providing a supportive environment to our new players is very important to us, so being able to both take AND give feedback is a must. We tend to talk during raid, and the energy within our group is generally fun and upbeat. We can also quiet down and lock in when things get difficult, but we may not be the group for you if you find chatter very distracting/annoying.
We often do optional raid days on the weekend, mostly just for fun, or for extra prog/practice, but this is done in PF with absolutely no expectation of attendance.
Most of us have been raiding together since the start of the tier (some even longer) and we have no plans to stop. We're hopefully planning on taking our newer players into ultimates once the tier is done!
Our current line up is PLD, GNB, AST, SGE, VPR, DRG, DNC

Introduction
Casual / sMC static looking to get the tier done with opportunity to continue on with content afterwards!
We have a split of people where some of us are very experienced, while others are doing their first ever savage tier. We pride ourselves on making sure people feel comfortable and have the opportunity to grow. LGBTQ+ friendly is a must.
We run 7PM - 10PM CST Tues/Thurs, with optional days on the weekends where we tend to get together to do a little extra in PF just to hang out and play the game.
Currently recruiting 1 caster, m12s fresh or m11s clear ready. We're currently skipping m9s, but are happy to help you gear up. We're not perfect every week, but we bring a good attitude. We also tend to talk a lot during raid, but can lock in and focus up when it's needed. Telling our DRG to shut up may be necessary (lovingly).
We expect maturity, a good attitude, the ability to take and give feedback, and the willingness to look at guides/rotations to make sure we can tackle mechanics and tight DPS checks.
