The FAFO Crew is recruiting casual DPS!

Are you a DPS main looking for a chill, low-pressure static where life comes first? The FAFO Crew is a new, casual static actively learning Recollection Extreme and looking to expand our roster.

What we're looking for:

• Dedicated DPS: Our primary need is for DPS roles to fill our 8-person raid slots.
• Flexibility a Plus: If you're comfortable playing other roles (Tanks/Healers) occasionally, that's a bonus, but not a requirement.

Our Current Schedule & Activities:

• Our main raid nights are Sunday 7 PM - 8 PM CDT and Monday 7 PM - 9 PM CDT.
• We're currently progressing through Recollection Extreme.
• Beyond scheduled raids, we love running other content like treasure maps, mount farming, roulettes, and old Extremes, both formally signed up and informally for fun.
• We are primarily based on the Aether datacenter.

Our Philosophy (No Pressure, Just Fun!):

• We are a chill, casual group where life comes first. We understand everyone has "adulting" to do!
• No FFLogs gatekeeping: We absolutely do not shame anyone for their performance or rotation. We prioritize learning and fun over optimized numbers. We just want to kill some stuff, get some gear, make some gil, learn together, and get better as a team.
• Our goal is to create a supportive environment where everyone feels comfortable and can enjoy the content at their own pace.

How We Operate:

• We use Discord for voice chat and planning, along with the Raid-Helper bot for sign-ups.
• Raid slots are first come, first served for signed-up regulars from our pool.
• To ensure consistent attendance, we're building a flexible pool of less than 12 regular members (for our 8-person raid slots). If someone can't make it, we encourage communication and hope others from the pool can jump in to fill.
