[LFM] [7.5 Ultimate] [Regen Healer] [MC-SHC] [7/8]

We are looking for a :Healer~1: regen healer to go into next Ultimate. We're a long-term group that has been together since late Shadowbringers. We have MC hours but a SHC mentality. We don't have a lot of hours but we are expected to make meaningful prog every raid day. We've cleared UCOB, DSR, TOP, FRU as a group together. Multiple hexa-legends, all of us with on-content Ultimate experience.

We are not the type of group to follow a pre-made mit plan so we will expect you to know how to mit and adjust mit as needed. We also do not tend to follow PF strats exactly or we make our own strats.

Our schedule for week one: Tuesday - Friday and then following Monday 6PM - 10PM PST

Then it’ll be Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday

6PM - 10PM PST

What we are looking for at a minimum: On content Ultimate clear experience Logs that is able to show you can press your buttons/optimize damage Don’t be an !#$%

Expectations and other things: :one: Be able to take and give constructive criticism. It's nothing personal. It is supposed to be helpful with non-aggressive statements.

:two: Positive attitude. Be willing to "let go" of previous wipes and learn from yours or other's mistakes. Groaning and being upset afterwards doesn't help the atmosphere.

:three: We are not going in blind. We will be looking at other groups and taking knowledge from them.

:four: Be respectful of people's time. This is a pretty late night static. Some people are staying up to raid. If you are late, please tell us.

:five: Being in VC is required. :slight_smile:
