Hi, we are a 7/8 midcore group that is looking for a shield healer to fill out our roster. We are currently cleaning up eyes (phase 4), but are willing to take somebody who's still cleaning up Wyrmhole.

Schedule: Tue/Thu/Fri — 5:30PM to 8:30PM PDT

Expectations:

• Be ready to raid at our start time. 5:30PM PDT doesn't mean log in at that time, you're expected to be on the game and in the party by then.
• Communicate schedule conflicts as soon as possible. These are unfortunately inevitable, but if you miss raid on a regular basis, we will find a replacement.
• Being in voice is mandatory. Using mic is optional. This is non-negotiable. No deafening or refusing to join; you are not too good to listen to callouts.
• You must be able to handle criticism. Feedback should not be taken as a personal slight. Ego Andies need not apply.
• Study outside of raid time. Obviously we can answer questions during raid time, but we are meeting to get reps in, not to read a guides or watch whatever (insert streamer here) tells you to do.
• Former savage/ultimate experience is required. I don't care too much about your parse number, but we're not going to accept somebody who's never raided before.
