Grey Parse Enjoyers

We are a Hardcore static looking to clear the first 2 fights week 1 and ideally get some prog in on the 3rd fight. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask! (vae_violet on discord)

Quick and dirty info about us:

• We raid Tues, Wed, Thurs 8-10pm EST. In addition to these days/times, we will be meeting for extra days on week 1 to meet our prog goals, extra days/times currently TBD.

• We do not tolerate people clearing encounters alone in PF or with friends if we still have remaining raid days that week (after our last raid session for the week, you are welcome to continue solo prog/clearing if you are ahead of the group).

• We adapt to PF strats as soon as possible so we can fill absences as needed with minimal issues, plus the PF strats are usually pretty solid anyway.

• If 1/3~ to 1/2~ of the team will be gone for whatever reason, we may try and swap a day during the week (ex: raiding Sunday if Wednesday doesn't work) or doing extended time on the other day(s) to make up time as needed.

• We aren't going to boot you after a couple absences (granted they aren't habitual no call no shows), however we do want to take attendance and punctuality somewhat seriously. What this means for us is letting me know you can't make it as soon as you know, and showing up to raid at or BEFORE the start time. The start time is when we should be in a party going into the instance, I will start inviting people 10-15min early in most cases or posting a private pf so we can get going on time.

• We aren't hardcore p*rsers, we make mistakes on mechs, and we like to joke around to lighten the mood (to an extent, if we need to focus up we will), so please don't bring a toxic mentality, it will not be tolerated.

• Loot is handled in a round robin style with priority being M>R>T>H while keeping average ilvl of each member as balanced as possible unless the fight demands otherwise (ex: our healing isn't enough so we may decide to gear the healers sooner; this hasn't happened yet, just an example).

• We do use discord to communicate during/around raid times, having a mic is required.

You: -Be punctual and able to give a heads up of when you will be absent (ideally early in the day, or a day or two before if possible) -Willing to respect mechanics and not cause excessive wiping due to greed, one GCD to doom us all, as they say. -Study/review as needed before (or during raid when applicable) as needed -Familiar with your job's rotation and abilities in high end content (we are here to prog the fight, not our jobs) -Have prior savage experience/clears -Ultimate experience/clears is a plus but not required. -Most importantly, have a good attitude! People make mistakes and its important to not sour the mood or get tilted!

Goals:

• Get everyone geared for week 1 prog (this means doing the extreme trial(s) together and crafting gear)
• We would like to get everyone's main job BIS, and 1 alt.
• Potentially trying ultimates or other content after this tier.
