High-end for Dummies

Hello! We are currently looking for a phys-ranged member that would like to join us for a casual fun prog static, we have all other roles filled, but I'm not making our group join this website to show them under members LOL! Our main goal right now is to clear extreme 4 then once we get our weapons we will move onto the savage encounters of this new Arcadion tier! Depending on how our group progresses and does with this tier we might even be down to jump into an ultimate as well, but for now we are looking at our goals through a small lens. We want someone that is willing to have a lot of fun and also be able to prog within our group, meaning we don't want anyone that gets mad easily at the group and starts playing a blame game. We aren't really strict either on clearing together so if you feel like you need more practice or want to continue progging on your own time then feel free to. We are also willing to find people who are beginning and want to grow to be a better player, all we ask is that you have an understanding of how to play your job and to be able to watch at least a bit of the guides, not all of it. But to get a general idea and then we'll continue getting the hang of it as we progress through each encounter.

At the moment we are planning on doing 2 days a week, 2 hour sessions temporarily until one of our friends finishes a project then we will increase the time frame by another hour so it would eventually lead up to 3 hour prog sessions. Tues - 6:30pm pst - 8:30 pm pst Thurs - 6pm pst - 8:30 pm pst

We also are looking for someone who is looking to want to stay. I know jumping into another group is a bit nerve wracking so do ex4 with us and see how you feel before we hop into the savage encounters. :)
