Background:
Not much of a background for our group since itās currently a duo but we have done TEA and DSR together. We are creating a static to complete the tier and acquire bis. However if members mesh well with factors such as group chemistry and scheduling, the dream would be to also have a group to do future content together. We can even do the content blind if desired. Again, sticking to the group is completely optional past this tier.
Expectations and Mindset:
We are a midcore / semi hardcore group. We would like to clear around week 2-4 then acquire bis. The earlier the better of course. To help with this please donāt be afraid to ask questions and communicate. Many pulls can be saved if you are unsure about a strat or if you see something about to go wrong. Please be willing to take constructive feedback and not take it to heart, weāre in it for the clear. We want everyone to be able to talk on discord rather than only typing in chat.
Previous savage or ultimate experience is required. Please DM your tomestone or fflogs. We arenāt looking for amazing parses. As long as you can play your job pretty well thatās fine. Consistency with mechs over parse.
Expectation is that people are looking at strats/mitplans along with preparing food/pots before raid so we can jump straight into it without wasting time.
Overall we want to have fun while learning and getting clears while also being able to focus up when needed. No matter what, this is still a game and we are 8 people that are taking time out of our lives to do this activity and as such everyone deserves and should be treated with respect. If you have issues please let us know so we can solve them but openly harassing, flaming, or just being toxic towards something else does nothing constructive.
