hotmorbolgurlz(.)com is a semi-hardcore blind static. We do fights with little to no knowledge beforehand and are primarily focused on learning and thoroughly understanding mechanics and how fights work. Our goal is to complete fights blind, prog to the best of our ability, and clear in a reasonable time. We do not rush through tiers, and we also do full sets of reclears (8 weeks) for BiS and mounts. Our only deadline is to clear by echo, but we will do what we can to speed things along and consider lifting blinds in the event things drag on for too long. Our top priority is to clear tiers and finish all reclears and we do not like leaving things unfinished.

Our hours are more casual at a total of 6hrs/wk. Our mindset and attitude are more sHC as we are focused, serious and committed. We view raiding as a serious commitment here and expect all members to be able to commit in all aspects required to meet our goals efficiently. We have relatively strict expectations in many areas, including but not limited to:

• Punctuality and attendance: We expect all members to be ready to go on the dot at start time, and ideally to log on a couple minutes early at least.
• Maturity, respect and consideration: Behave with maturity, and be considerate and respectful towards one another. Keep a level head and be mindful of group morale.
• Communication: Be able to communicate well and effectively, and be able to accept constructive criticism. Have access to Discord VC, mute is okay but be able to listen in.
• Job/role responsibility, skill and relevant past experience: We have a skill standard and expect members to be meeting it from the get go. We are not a beginner's static.

Other things to note are:

• We do NOT pursue higher-level optimization/parsing/speedrunning. Please be mindful to keep those mindsets and playstyles separate from our operations.
• Please be respectful of blind prog. We want to limited external influences over our blind prog so we require all members to avoid getting ahead of the group in prog, and to maintain as close to full blindness as possible.
• We are LGBTQ+ friendly and expect members to behave with respect and acceptance.
• We have muted members who only communicate through text channels. Be mindful of text channels.
