Looking for 1 more members to fill out the raid group for the next upcoming tier.

These are the roles we need filled.

1 :Caster: Caster DPS

We are experienced raiders with a mix of those who have only done Savage and some who have also done Ultimate's.

Our goal is to clear the tier within 4 weeks at least.

Etiquette

We are not parse chasing nor are we too strict on optimization. Studying the encounters and knowing the basics for your job is expected.

Focus is very direct and straight forward. We want to clear and get the tier done as best as we can as a team.

This is not a job and fun is important yet everyone in the team must understand that there are times when we can make make comments and jokes in order to keep team morale up and a time when positive reinforcement in order to promote focus is very vital for team cohesion.

Communication is key. Also if your not a crafter the raid lead can help supply you with either gear or consumables so long as you can at least provide the tome mats and if not at least compensate in the future.
