Kum Kweens

Hello! Kum Kweens is a newly forming static looking for like minded members to take on the 7.3 Savage Raid Tier. We are aiming to recruit people of a caliber that allows us to clear within 1 or possibly 2 weeks of the content release. We would also like to leverage this group into clearing whatever ultimate is upon the horizon.

Our hours will be 8pm to 12am PDT on Tuesday through Friday.

Applicants are expected to have cleared both the latest ultimate (FRU) and the latest Savage raid tier with solid performances in both. More experience with other content is more than welcomed but it is not a requirement.

As you can tell from the name of the static we do not take ourselves too seriously and are welcoming to a wide variety of people. We want to foster a dynamic which allows for constructive criticism and expect everyone to be able to both contribute and adjust to conversations about strategies. Nothing should ever be taken personally.

Once we have a base of applicants everyone is satisfied with we will attempt to find content that most in the group do not have experience with. Be it ultimate, criterion dungeons or any other form of high end content; we would like to see how everyone behaves within prog environments. This is to ensure that everyone can remain objective even in unfamiliar waters.

As for leadership, everything will be done via a group vote, with a final leadership decision by me and Night ONLY if there is yet ongoing indecision or conflict. We want all our group members to have input into the decisions of the static. Scheduling changes or adding additional time on prog will have to be voted upon by the group.
