Semi new to raiding (Did M1S-M4S/FRU) We are forming a relaxed very casual group, focused on clearing "Heavyweight" tier and "Ultimate 7" at a comfortable pace. Logs aren't required as that isn't the focus, We want the static to be comfortable and go at their own pace, learning and clearing is the primary focus of the static not logs, while they will be uploaded it's not important.

I'm looking at either 2 or 3 days raiding for 3 hours each days aren't exactly set yet either looking for Fri/Sat/Sun or Sat/Sun/Mon/ at 7:30pm PST 10:30pm pst

My goals for the group

• Clear Heavyweight before 7.5 (If not no pressure)
• Clear Ultimate 7 (before 8.0 if we dive in a bit after that's fine)
• Make raiding stress free/worry free for everyone in the group

My expectations are

• Be on time to raid
• Everyone study the fight as much as they can
• Know your job
• Have fun/Be silly!
• no toxicity
• Communicate
• Bring BIS/correct food to the fight
