Last Phase or Bust

Hi there! I've cleared TEA and UWU in the past, and I'm building a group of dedicated raiders to tackle the upcoming Ultimate together in Patch 7.5x.

Requirements

• To keep progression moving at a good pace, we need teammates who already have a solid raiding foundation:
  • Full 790 BiS for your role before the Ult starts, incl. your 795 weapon (if we form early enough, we'll use any extra time to help members get the rest of their BiS)
  • Cleared at least the most recent full Savage tier - you understand raid mechanics, mitigation rotations, and how to prog efficiently
  • Strongly preferred: a previous Ultimate clear - you know what the extended grind feels like, and how to keep the right mindset through it while being a reliable, helpful teammate

What to Expect Joining this static is a meaningful commitment to the content and your teammates. Here's what that looks like:

• Preparedness:

  • Show up each session with food and pots ready (at least 6 food and ~30 pots)

  • Be on the meet-up data center and in the party at least 5 minutes before start, ideally 10

  • Know the current prog mechanic and the one after it before you log in

  • Scheduling:

  • Attend all three weekly sessions and plan to stay the full three hours (no more than 1 absence per month)

  • If you can't make it, give bare-minimum 2 days' notice; ideally you share your availability for the following week by EoD Saturday

  • Repeated last-minute absences will result in you being asked to leave the group

• Attitude:

  • Leave negativity at the door, no doom-and-glooming
  • When someone is struggling, we support them
  • Feedback is shared thoughtfully and received the same way
  • Think of every pull as version one, something you can always build on

• Progression rules:

  • You agree to clear the content with this group first
  • Besides rare exceptions where members need extra practice to avoid holding the group back, progging in party finder is strictly forbidden and will result in immediate removal without exception - your first clear belongs to the static
