Hello! We are a group of weekend warriors currently looking for a healer (any) to fill our ranks for the current savage raid tier with (M5S - M8S).
Prefer someone who has already cleared M5S or has seen M5s enrage. Also prefer someone who has savage raid experience from pre-dawntrail tiers. See Static information section for additional information.

Raid day/time:
- Friday: 5:30pm - 7:30pm PDT (8:30pm - 10:30pm EDT)
- Saturday: 2pm - 4pm PDT (5pm - 7pm EDT)
- Sunday: 2pm - 4pm PDT (5pm - 7pm EDT)
Goals:
- Clear before 7.3 drops (continue reclears after)
- Get BiS and mounts for everyone
- Learn the mechanics without those T/H LB3 crutches
Requirements:
- Studying up mechs prior to raid
- Good attendance; life happens and we respect that, but please give us a head's up earlier in the week
- Voice chat, or at least be able to listen in and actively chat to reply!
- (try to) cap tomes weekly
- Basic understanding of your job and rotation
- 2 chest clears/reclears; can prog on own time, but best if after Sunday prog or with an alt
- Respect loot prio system that will be in place (generally DPS > Support for gear and Support > DPS for everything else)
- prefer if you don't use mods like cactpot
- Be respectful!! Prog can be slow and frustrating, but it's not helpful to anyone if you take that frustration out on the team or any specific person. If you have issues, talk to me directly instead!
Introduction
Relaxed but motivated, social static full of busy folks from different timezones with varying levels of experience with savage/ultimate raids who can only meet weekends, but do so to exchange silly jokes, enjoy the game, and working through the challenge of savage raids. We're in no rush, but like to do the best we can, make sure we prog every weekend and get consistent. So I guess we're somewhere between casual and midcore. Lost our healer due to work schedule conflicts and are now looking to refill our ranks. :)
For reference we took our sweet time to clear P8S-P12S over 8months on a 1x a week schedule, but cleared M1S-M4S in 3 months while meeting 2x a week. With M5S-M8S being apparently similar to P5S-P8S in difficulty, I suspect it may take all the way up to 7.3 for a clear. We have cleared M5S as of week 2 and are progging add phase for M6S.
We will be raiding in Aether. Many like to gather in Jenova to exchange items, show off mounts, silly outfits, etc.
