Old raid group, dating from all the way back in 2017. Many incarnations across time and space, across many games.

We raid Tuesday and Thursday 6:30-8:30PM PST.

Mainly a casual laid back group, low pressure, each member improves at their own pace, and others step in to help if needed.

Current tier (7.2) we cleared M5S and got to M6S adds before we lost a good number of members to the current situation of FFXIV, many went on a break from the game.

We have a mix of high-end raiders who took a step back and new players, so we're not particularly interested in going heavy hitters. For us prog is meant to be fun, not taxing.

We are obviously not a parsing group but we do not mind if people parse, some of us already do and are high 90s, but we don't play for parse unless we decide to do a parse run after BiS.

We also run other content outside of Savage raid nights. Criterion, Deep Dungeon, Ultimates, Treasure Maps -- What the people want to do.

What do we look for on a member?

• Interactive. We don't mean blabber on VC every single moment, but someone who just joins and never says a word? Not our style.

• Patience. We have a very short raid time and we have a wide range of skills, from people who cleared Ultimates and Savage Criterion to people who are doing their first savage tier. People aren't perfect, mistakes will happen, walls will be met.

• Interest in learning and improving. We don't want anyone to put the time and effort to become a god at the game outside of raiding time. Just so happens that if we only put the effort in during raid time, it will take us far longer to breach a block. Knowing rotations is important -- it doesn't need to be perfect -- but it needs to be heading the right way. Knowing mechanics is important -- you don't need encyclopedic knowledge on them, but the longer we take explaining and organizing during raid time, the less time we have to actually raid.
