Hello,
We are a tight knit group with prior raid experience. We give feedback to each other in a respectful manner as needed, and expect any newcomers to be able to be mature, graceful, and respectful when it comes to getting feedback, or giving it.
Right now we are not actively recruiting for main static members, but will always welcome people on as an alt.
If you are somewhat new to raiding, that's okay as long as you are open to learning and have a good attitude.

Hello! We are a close knit static and are looking for people to join us!
We do not consider ourselves hardcore, but definitely not casual. We are personable and prefer to recruit others that would like to run EX trials with us here and there as well. In this group we give feedback to help each other clear, not to place blame. We are looking for members that are receptive to constructive, respectful feedback that is focused on improvement and the success of the team. If someone isn't pulling their weight, everyone else ends up having to compensate, and we prefer everyone to be on a similar level of competence, ie. everyone knows their rotation, and fully utilizes their mitigations as necessary.
