Hello! We are a close knit static and are looking for people to join us!

We do not consider ourselves hardcore, but definitely not casual. We are personable and prefer to recruit others that would like to run EX trials with us here and there as well. In this group we give feedback to help each other clear, not to place blame. We are looking for members that are receptive to constructive, respectful feedback that is focused on improvement and the success of the team. If someone isn't pulling their weight, everyone else ends up having to compensate, and we prefer everyone to be on a similar level of competence, ie. everyone knows their rotation, and fully utilizes their mitigations as necessary.
