Requirements
- Willingness to be kind and socialize with the group!
- Willingness to study raid mechanics outside of raid time
- A constant improvement mindset! -- Willingness to learn and eventually master your class
- Positive vibes -- Lift each other up!
- Ability to show up to raid time consistently -- be considerate of everyones' schedules!
Expectations
- Be in Discord vc during raid times -- talking not required
- Be patient and kind, especially since we are open to first time raiders!
- Arrive ~10 minutes early to raid time
- Let us know if you can't make a raid day/time ASAP so we can look for a sub
- Be open to constructive criticism (tools like FFLogs and XIVAnalysis will be used!)
- No drama in raid
- LGBTQ+ supportive

Introduction
Fresh prog! Newly forming static with plans to complete the current raid tier and potentially move on to ultimates and previous content sync'd! We have one person completely new to raiding, with the rest having raided previously in multiple raid tiers.
We are looking to make friends that we can run difficult content with at a decent pace. Not just static coworkers! Raid food and pots can be provided on request (though some mats would be appreciated)
