No Mits Franchise

Hi there! We are the No Mits Franchise (we use mits, I swear!) and we are currently looking for a shield healer to begin our FRU journey, starting on 8 August!

Where are we now? We’ve successfully cleared M12S! The crew is currently grinding out M4S for gear and taking the first weekend of August (1st & 2nd) off due to obligations in real life for most of us. If you’re looking to join us for this (be it to unlock and/or get your necessary books/weapon/whatever), you’re more than welcome and encouraged!

Our goal is to prog (and hopefully clear!) FRU until Evercold.

We only raid on the weekends - Saturdays & Sundays! Raid Times: 1430 - 1900 EST [30mins of break time after 2 hours of raid, then another 2 more hours after]

Roster: WAR⋆ - DRK AST - Open! DRG - RPR DNC⋆⋆ - SMN (⋆ - static lead, ⋆ ⋆ - static "secretary")

We are on the lookout for someone that’s chill with good vibes! Here are our expectations:

• Experience with savage is necessary: please have at least cleared a tier in Dawntrail!
• No experience with ultimates is required (but preferred): most of the static is new to ultimates, looking to gain experience and have a good time doing it.
• Know your job!
• Be on time: if you’re late or cannot make it, please let us know ahead of time or as soon as you’re able. We are fully aware that irl obligations exist and know that the game is just that- a game.
• Join discord and be in VC: we have shot calls and communicate a lot. Also, we’re a little unhinged, but can and will lock in when needed. Just expect… some very strange conversations.
• Study up and be prepared! If you don’t understand something, please ask. We will gladly go over mechanics and break them down to help you understand them if something isn’t clicking.
• Please be patient with others!
