TLDR; LGBTQIA+ players 7.4 prog group. THURS 8-11pm EST & SAT 2-5pm EST. MC/sHC-ish.
Main description of static describes us. Schedule: THURS 8-11PM EST & SAT 2-5PM EST. Ideal Candidate: Growth mindset, foundational knowledge of their role / rotation, optimizes as necessary on the fly, moderately self resourceful to find best tactics and adjustments for certain encounters (even just utilizing tomestone or the balance is great), and is a team player focusing on doing what they need to for the benefit of the group rather than the individual. Has completed or near completed AAC Light-Heavyweight and/or Cruiserweight.
We’re looking for players who want to prog every session. Not a group looking for beginners or people who haven't raided in a long while; we're looking for people confident in their role who are ready for the next tier. Please link your tomestone on your application so we can see where you're at!
Raiding 2x per week, 3 hours per session and hopefully clearing the tier within 2-3 months.
I say hopefully because that’s not a hard deadline, circumstances may apply. Leave all egos at the door; we just want decent clear times!

Introduction
Group of friends who have raided together previously, getting the band back together for 7.4! Majority are LGBTQIA+ players and looking for likeminded players who know how to have a good time, but also lock-in when necessary. Legends amongst us ;)
It’s important to our group that players be willing to have friendly discussion on their performance and strategy adjustments if necessary. Ideal candidates recognize that flexibility and team orientation is a priority just as much as rotation, positional, and job knowledge.
Our goal is to make progress every time we raid. We’re all working 40+ hours per week, and would like to avoid being stuck somewhere for more time than necessary. Funny numbers are fun, but foundational knowledge and ability to grasp mechanics fairly quick is prioritized.
