We are an ultimate static gearing up for the next ulti to drop.
We are currently looking for a regen healer.
The current plan is to re-clear the tier to finish off BiS for a few players and get to know each other before the ulti drops. (its gonna happen after fan fest my uncle works and square enix and he told me :) ). We have one who skipped the tier due to school so we will be speed progging him, but the rest of us have cleared the tier with the exception of one other whos at m12sp2.
Expectations: Do your homework, study, sim, etc. Show up on time, give as much heads up as you can if you are gonna miss a day Show up with Food & Pots, Make an effort to be bis Value consistency over all else, mechanics comes first, we aren't parsing Joining VC is required to hear coms but you don't need to be on voice if you don't want to
