TLDR; M9-M12S static. Midcore morning group, clear in 12 weeks.

We are looking for 1 Healer, 1 Melee and 1 Caster. Please let us know if you are flexible with these roles (many of us are flex so we can discuss who wants to play what as we get our group together).

Group focus: Our priority is to clear the savage tier at around 12 weeks while assisting our members on building their skills.
Culture: We are a fun-loving group who tends to have more fun the better everyone is performing. You will be expected to show up to static meets on time, studied, prepared, and geared. Leave your outside drama at the door. Being able to take gentle, constructive critique on your play is a must!
Performance: We are all still learning, but please use logs as a self-improvement tool ONLY. Approaching a static lead about performance concerns or questions is okay, but developing grudges towards other members over dps meters pre-enrage is a big no.
Strategies: As mechanics are learned and strategies are crafted, we will adjust towards Party Finder standard strats to allow accessibility for all our members. Blind prog on week 1 is alright, but you must study afterward.
Schedule: We will have two mandatory days a week dedicated to formal prog as a group. We will meet on Wednesday and Thursday from 9am-12pm EST. Our community is also rather active, so we'll offer plenty of opportunity for practice and casual content!
Gear, Food, Pots: We will aim to provide as many crafted resources as possible to our group at no cost. However, contributing difficult-to-obtain materials will be greatly appreciated by crafters. If you need something before our static meet, please mention it in our Discord chat.
