Ready for the new tier and ultimate? I got 2 perma spots and a temp one as well

All members currently have all/multiple ultimates cleared
I am looking for people who can withstand the challenge and with sense of cooperation, contact me to talk about it
Our goal to to clear the tier within 4 to 6 weeks

General expectations:

Come prepared: Have food/pots, study any strategies we've agreed upon, review VODs/toolboxes/docs, etc.
Be punctual: Inform the group if you'll be absent as far ahead as possible
Bring your best: Don't overcommit to 3 other statics and then come tired; come ready to raid
Know your job: Know your rotation and your raid buff/burst coordination, be willing to take constructive criticism
Prioritize the strat: Execute the mechanics to the best of your ability, even at the expense of your dps, greed can come later
Communicate: Talk out any issues, coordinate on healing plans, raid mitigations, etc.
Keep a cool head: No tilting over group or individual mistakes
