• Reclears and Ultimates prog, old and new

• 1 Pure healer

All members currently have all/multiple ultimates cleared so ultimate experience would be preferable, at least 1 ultimate cleared. I am looking for people who can withstand the challenge and with sense of cooperation, contact me to talk about it

General expectations:

• Come prepared: Have food/pots, study any strategies we've agreed upon, review VODs/toolboxes/docs, etc.

• Be punctual: Inform about issues that might prevent you to be on time with anticipation when possible.

• Bring your best: Don't overcommit to 3 other statics and then come tired; come ready to raid.

• Know your job: Know your rotation and your raid buff/burst coordination, be willing to take constructive criticism.

• Prioritize Progression: Execute the mechanics to the best of your ability, mistakes happens, however, play to achive the goal not the log.

• Communicate: Talk out any issues, coordinate on healing plans, raid mitigations, etc.

• Keep a cool head: No tilting over group or individual mistakes.
